Information we collect

When you submit a request for quotation, we collect the information you provide, including your name, business email, company, company website, job title, phone number, delivery country, purchasing stage, customer or PO reference, project details and uploaded file names. We also store a security hash derived from the submitting IP address.

How we use information

We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry, send an RFQ confirmation, prepare product recommendations or quotations, maintain inquiry records, prevent abuse and operate the website.

Browser storage

Favorites and comparison selections are stored locally in your browser. AnalyzerTrans does not require an account for these features.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that host or operate the website and with relevant suppliers when necessary to answer a specific inquiry. RFQ records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal and security purposes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information associated with an inquiry by emailing nix@xamicromotion.com. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business needs.
